Product introduction:
Bread production process:
1. Mixing Dough: add certain amount flour to the spiral mixer, timing is about 20-30 minutes.
2. Dough dividing (rounding): Put the dough into the dividing machine (automatic).
3. Put the dough on baking pan and then put on trolley/racks.
5.Proofing: Put the trolley to the fermenting room ( fermentation time is about 60 minutes )
6. After proofing , then put it in the oven for baking (about 10-15 miuntes)
7. This sets of machinery can make other baked food, too.
