GMS Tunnel type of laminar flow sterilizer and dryer suits for vials, ampoule, and other glass container to sterilize and dry

There are three models of chain style, net style and chain with net style for client’s option.

The machine has following characteristics:

  • Adopt PLC and touch to control the machine’s heating and operation.
  • Complete class 100 laminar flow system, installed class 100 laminar flow at air inlet hole and all the circle wind parts to confirm the working container under class 100 request all the time
  • With function of parameter displayer, parameter setting and temperature heating line record.
  • Adopt controllable silicon pressure adjustable module to control temperature, no toucher, small stoke to electric net, no noisy, heat inertia is very tiny.
  • Adopt chain wheel style to transfer the net belt, prohibit normal belt easy deflection and falling the bottle
