11.Operation of the equipment of Tunnel potato dryer
Raw materials are spreaded on the transmitting belt with the help of loading machine. The plenty of raw materials transmitted from microwave controller to microwave drying chamber after turning on the conveying equipment and turning on the microwave button. With the entry of raw materials, automatically PLC control system opens the microwave power, at the same time the temperature control system is also opened automatically. Raw material can be dehydrated after being heated in the microwave drying chamber . Under the help of the PLC control system, automatic program can adjust conveying belt speed, adjust the material dehydration duration before raw material is completely dehydrated. After the dehydrated raw material is unloaded from controller ,the drying process will be completed.
