The 5BY-5B Seed Coater is very suitable for coating grain seed, such as seed of wheat, barley, maize, sorghum, soybeans, cotton, chili, grass, etc.

Principle of Seed Coater:

The maize seeds go into the mixed box through the elevator, then the seeds will evenly LDread around by the cone-shaped grain scattering gear, in the scattering process, the medicament will ver to the centrifugal rotational disk (which in the mixed box) by DOS pump, under the High-speedcentrifugal force, medicament will be atomized uniformly and effectively attached to the seed surface, forming an primary coated body, and then the primary coated body go into the blender, that will be mixed round and coated by soft auger, finally exit from the outlet.

Advantages of Seed Coater :

High speed centrifugal rotary disk (for atomizing the medicine) and large stainless steel cylinder (for mixing by auger rolling), can have a very good coating effect.

- The Soft Auger in cylinder reduces seed damage when mixing seeds and medicine.

- Measuring pump can adjust the quality and the percentage of the medicine in seeds.
