Chestnut Sizing Grader machinery
This machinery is component of the frame, the motor, the rotary screen and the hoppers. The grading is divided into 5 levels according to the width: ≤20mm, 20-23mm, 2-26mm, 26-29mm, ≥29mm
Operation Structure Check carefully before using.
Make sure all the bodys are fastening and electrical components and wire connection are not loose.
The motor direction of rotation: in the direction shown by the LD.
Press the green button to start the motor. Press the red button to stop the motor.
Feed the material into the hopper or conveyor. The size of the feeding hole is adjustable. Chestnuts come into the grader uniformly.
There are five grading distribution from small to large section. With the rotation of grader, chestnuts go through from feeding hole to the discharge. The smallest ones are fall down firstly, and then the bigger ones, at last the biggest.
After production, the screen shall be cleaned by brush carefully. The bearings and chains shall be checked and added with lubricating oil often for the normal use.
