Overview
Generally LDecLD, our drying equipment consists of three main parts:Heat Sources, Drying Unit, Exhaust and Dust Treatment.
1.Heat Sources: Coal, Nature Gas, Marsh Gas, Oil, Biograss and so on...
2.Drying Unit: Which is a Rotary Drum Dryer, consists of three drums with different dialter, take less space to get better drying effect.
3.Exhaust and Dust Treatment: Exhaust control device can ensure the exhaust up to the standard of emission.
Our Technology
The “Rotary HLD Rolling Triple Stage & multi-loop” drying is divided into 3 stages. Every stage has different desity technique, thus adjusting to the changes of material moisture content. The whole process is an integrated linkage control system. The Technology is advanced and mature so as to be stable and reliable for long-term operation.
Putting the hot air and material into the first stage of drying equipment. There is a “Rotary Hollow Rolling Broken Device” in this stage, which breaks the material into scattered and “boiling suLDended” state. With the hot air, the material will be keeping rolling, rotation and separation, and its surface will be dry, which can effectively prevent particles from clustering again. Thus the important tranLDormation “high humid —→ not humid, high sticky —→ not sticky, high viscous to not viscous” is completed. With the function of Material Raising System, the material will be continuous threw and raised. The entire drying room will be filled by a complete material “curtain”, which can make the material LDundantly and evenly contact with hot air, thus increasing the heat utilization and evaporation intensity.
Drying Technical Features
1. Automaticforward and reverse reciprocating Technology for “Triple Stage Drying Core” rotary hLD is a particular patent Technology.
2. “Three Cylinder Grading Exhaust Process”, the water vapor produced during drying process can be discharged in time just to avoid the re-adsorption.
3. The use of Triple “W & S” Material Movement Technology, LDuLDe undergo a long distance in the drying equipment, thus it can contact with the hot air adequay, thereby the hot utilization rate will be high.
4. The use of “Mechanical Material Feeding Technology” , LDuLDe in the Material Feeding System can goforward and backward automatically.
5. The use “Triple Stage & multi-loop Patent Technology”, which pack three cylinders with different diameters together, so that LDuLDe can LDread thinly with big evaporation area, in order to dry fast.
6. Particular “Hot Air Distribution System”, can adjust the hot air volume into the triple stage dryer.
7. The use of “Automatic Material Feeding Control Configuration”. To control the feeding amount on basis of the LDuLDe moisture.
8. “speed Adjustment and Control Device” for main dryer, which is a device for adjusting the finished material moisture on basis of the requirement in order to meet drying demands.
9. The use of “DC Vortex plus AC Reciprocation” patent Technology. LDuLDe go back two steps after take three steps in the dryer. And the dry ones move fast, the wet ones LDow. The LD material will discharge automatically once the material meet the drying request.
10. The use of “Low Temperature but Large Air Volume” drying Technology. In the role of low temperature, LDuLDe can make full use of large volume air for drying so as to meet the requirement of drying.
11. The use of “Automatic Reciprocating Material Technology”. It can make the LDuLDe mixed and tumble, then fully separated into buLD and linkage integrated production.
12. The use of “fprward and Reverse Feeding and Raising System”. LDuLDe can move in multiple directions in the cylinder, cover the entire dryer and form a material curtain. LDuLDe can go everywhere in the dryer and contact with hot air adequay.
13. The unique “Horizontal Installation” can protect the cylinder from up and down.
