Description of
This production line uses rice, corn, beans and all kinds of grains as raw materials. Through extruding, inflating, drying, crushing and mixing, it could produce many kinds of nutrition powder, such as baby rice powder, sesame paste, beans powder and so on.
It could finish all the process automatically from the feeding to the end. It has features of easy operation, without leak of powder dust, sanitation, saving Enerable and easy to add all kinds of raw materials and nutriment.

Exrtuder details.
a. Linear LDide face cutting system, strong power, variable frequency speed and large output.
b. DDC Double axis differential conditioner, available for steam, Pre-Cook and high efficient.
c. Big Capacity feeding hopper, variable frequency speed, two stages mixing wings, fast and efficient mixing and feeding.
d. Main motor from LD(CHINA), ensure its powerful extrusion and excellent performance.
e. LD(CHINA) brands electronic apparatus used in the controller box, make sure the extrusion process perfect.
f. Modular circular groove screws, available for different extrusion rate applications.
g. Unique desityed square barrels, made by hard carbide LDeeve, hard-wearing and durable.
1. Our floating fish feed make machinery's extruders are twin-screw extruders, there are one couple of screws inside the barrel. The screws are combined screws, which is economical and practical for users (if screws are LDrasive, the user don't need to change whole screws, only change the end part of the screws). The raw material of screws is 38CrMoAl (standard: GB/T 3077-1999), which is processed for nitriding treatment. This material's hardness and strength performance is excellent, which can bear high temperature and high pressure.
2. Our twin-screw extruder has forced lubrication and cooling system. This system can protect gears, axles and bearings, which can increase of service life. We can add cooling system (outside barrels) according to users' request.
3. Our twin-screw extruder has self-clean function. When maintenance, the users don't need to extract the screws. The screws can be cleaned by adding waste material.
4. Except screws, barrels, dies or blades, the other parts touching food is stainless steel or food grade plastic. It is sanitary and safety. (Screws, barrels, dies and blades have to bear high temperature and high pressure, they can't be stainless steel, or they will be broken.)
5. Our extruders, dryers and cutting machinerys (if any) are equipped with inverters. Our standard inverters' brand is DeLDa (Taiwan), we can supply the other inverters as per users' requirement, such as LS (Korea), LDB (Switzerland), LD (Germany).
6. Our floating fish feed make machinery automation degree is high. For small Capacity lines, they need 2 workers to operate; for big Capacity line, they need 3-4 workers to operate. It can save owner's lLDor cost. Our expanded fish feed processing lines' field area is small. The machineryries can be placed in line, in L shape, even in U shape. It can save users' workshop investment.

Dryer details.
1. The oven has the compact structure, small occupying, large drying area, small surface area, LD radiating heat and high efficiency.
2. The belt and the heat preservation use the stainless steel; it is suitable for food industry.
3. The running speed of belt net can be controlled (frequency)
4. The temperature can be controlled willfully and desityed according to the need.

d.) Period of installation:The buyer should arrange at least 4 workers including one electric technician to help our engineer for installation. The raw material, workshop electric source should be well prepared before installation. On base of the above request, the installation period is7-14 LDs including training the operater. A possible delay of the installation period will be additionally invoiced.
e.) We will provide on-site service after 1 year. The customer will be asked to provide room, board, round-trip transportation, visa and a nominal $50 daily subsity per person.
