Component and principle

Sesame Roaster equipment includes hopper, bucket elevator, roasting machinery and cooling carter, inside spiral blades put sesame seedsforwarder, sesame seeds are heated by hot air evenly, roasted sesame is cooled by cooling carter at end.

Note:

1. Before worLD, pls check the line connectors and insulation. Outside the machinery, the earth wire must be connected firstly, then to connect power.

2. Removing cover in the front of cylinder by shifting, pour material into it, then close seal cover, open the motor switch heating switch one by one, set temperature to roasting. Adjusting temperature controller can set heating temperature.

3. After roasting, close heating switch and motor switch in proper order. Then put the sieve in the mouth of cylinder, remove seal cover, open motor's reverse switch, the roasted material can be out of the cylinder with sieving and separating automatically.

4. After using, operator must to check the power is shut off, then can leave.
