A: We normally charge the open mold fee for $150,but after you placed the order we will refund
your $150 sampling fees.
Q2. What about the sample lead time?
A: It usually takes about 5dys,but in peak season it will takes longger about 8dys.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for ceramic mug order?
A:We can freely offer you a sample which are the samples that we are available at the monment.
And our MOQ is 5000pcs per designs .
Q4. How to proceed an order for ceramic mug?
A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
