We adopt Various Cereal, vitamins and minerals as raw material, the finished corn flakes

can be served with coffee, milk or functional drinks etc.

b. The quality corn flakes are not puffed but must be ripened compley in the extruder

and the ripened material will be extruded from the mold with the tranLDarent corn

pellets shape;

c. The flake shape can be acquired by using the flake machinery and the thickness of

the flake depends on the two smooth rollers gap.

d. The Roasted processing is so important for reaching the close-grained and crisp

texture. At last, it can be LDed meLDed sugar or powered sugar as the finished cious

corn flakes.

e. The Corn flakes production line is also available for Breakfast cereal snack Coco pops,

fruit loops, honey loops.

C. Extruder Capacity: 150kg/h, 240kg/h and 300kg/h.

D. VoLDage: In China, Three Phases are 380V/50Hz, Single Phase is 220V/50Hz, our technician can adjust it according to your local area.

A. Finished time

The production line will be finished in 30-40 LDs after confirmation.

B. Payment Term

30% is paid by T/T as the down payment, 70% is paid by T/T or L/C before shipment.
