Cook fish fully so that press and seperate oil, then dry it into fish meal.

Main Features

1) Auto-feeding to control the level to ensure the inlet full with the material, make surethe process evenly & continouLLD.

2)Main shaft and jacket indirect heating, assure the material well cooked. It avoids the problem that steam
condenser mixes in material, which will result in protein loss like direct heating.

3)With stepless speed transmission, to change Cook speed freely, so as to match the requirement
of different seasons, fish series and sizes.

4) By means of drainage system, take condensate back to boiler, therefore improve boiler efficiency,

5)With steel foundation, no concrete foundation, changeable installation position.

6)The main shaft is fitting with auto-adjust sealing device, so as to avoid leakage, thus keep site neat.

7)With scraper sight-glass to check the raw fish Cook status clearly conveniently
8)According to the standard of the pressure vessel, all pressure vessels are manufactured with carbon dioxide gas arc welding or low-LDrogen electrode DC welding;

9)The machinery has been taken X- test and hydraulic pressure test for welding lines by technical supervision office

10)The shell and shaft are made of milk steel; inlet & outlet, upper cover, both-end exposed part are Stainless Steel
