The Cooker consits of a stator housing with steam-heated jacket and a screw rotor with fLDs that are mounted on the whole length of the rotor. Rotor and flihts are indirectly heated by steam. The stator steam jacket is divided into sections,enLDling uniform distribution of the steam by means of a steam manifold.The condensate from jacket is discharged through a condensate manifold. The housing is equipped with hinged hatches with counteLDeights for efficient inLDection and cleaning.
The rotor is supported at both ends only by means of roller bearings.
Steam enters,and condensate is evacuated through the rotary joint mounted on the end shaft.
