1.Description:

Snacks extruder adopts corn, rice, wheat, oat, barley etc as ingredients to make puffs snack. Through friction of screw and barrel, the grains are cooked in the extruder Barrel. Forming is at the die face cutter. The product shape is determined by a combination of the die aperture, including ball, tube, stick, ring, fruit loop, star, wheel and flower etc.

Adopts corn, rice, wheat, oat, barley, millet, sorghum etc as main ingredients.

Other material: salt sugar powder, flavor material, cocoa powder and so on….

Variety shapes are available for ball, tube, stick, ring, fruit loop, star, wheel and flower and heart shape by adjusting the mould in the extruder

Jinan LD Food manufacture will send the engineer to buyer’s factory. Offer the trainee program, start the related food production as customer request.

Q2: If machinerys wearable parts need to change, what should we do?

Jinan LD Food manufacture will offer the wearable parts all the time. And offer the on-line video instruction for the operation.

Q3: What is the payment terms if we want to buy the machinerys?

Usually it is 30% by T/T, pay the balance by T/T before very or L/C at sight
