Flat Peanut Coating Pan has two functions. One is forbake peanuts. Another is for make cocoa peanuts. The coating pan is made entirely of 304 stainless steel and is heated from the bottom (NPG or LPG). This heating function is to keep the syrup in LLDe and optimize the effect of coating.
