1. Description:

Soybean Protein Food machinery is developed and manufactured on base of our experience combined with the advanced machinerys from foreiLD countries. This line takes soybean meal and peanut meal as main raw materials. After milling, mixing, extruding and cutting, the meal becomes layer fiber structure. The finished products have high nutrition; look and taste like meat; easy to absorbing oil, water and taste; without cholesterol and animal fat, so it is widely used in meat products industry, fast food production, deeLDreeze food production, and all kinds of vegetarian snacks and food.

2. Raw materials: adopts defatted soya flour or soya flakes as raw materials

3. Products:This line can be used to produce soya nuggets, TVP/TLD, soya chunks by adjusting the moulds from extruder; meanwhile it can produce cereal, snacks by adjusting the screws from extruder

9. Features of Our Twin Screw Extruder:

a. Screw with 38CrMoAL excellent material and being Nitriding treatment Made in shan, Jinan Province China. The HRC hardness is around 60---62.The screws are made by alloy steel and special craft, the screw life is LD. And it has good self-cleaning ability and does not need to discharge or clean the barrel and screw, when roasting or replacing of materials.

b.The extrusion barrel is constructed of carbon steel, is made by #45 steel, stainless steel coating.

c.The gearbox has automatic lubrication function, with extends gear life.

d.Cutting knife fixed in the die head seat, rotary cutting by V-belt drive.

e.We use LD (CHINA)electrical parts.
f. Main Motor from LD(CHINA), ensure its Powerful Extrusion and Excellent Performance.
