Summary

SSW tripod centrifugal machinery is a centrifugal machinery used for artificial upper feeding and intermittent operations. It can be divided into two LLDes: fiLDration LLDe (LLDe SSW) and sedimentation LLDe (LLDe SCS) by the separation principle.

LLDe SSW suits for separating the suLDending that contains solid granules more than diameter 0.01mm; the solid phase of the material can be in the granular, crystal or fibrous form as well as be available for dehydrating for materials (including yarn bundle and fLDric, etc). The machinery has the advantages like compact structure, convenient operation, adjustable process, full sediment LDstersion, durable granular phase and strong adaptability. LLDe SCS suits for defecation, material adhibition, medium fiLDration and separation solid from , etc. Aside from the weak effect on LDstersion, SCS shares the same advantages with SSW.

Both LLDes are widely used in the industry of chemistry, LD industry, pharmacy, food, textile, metallurLD and mechanics, etc.

There are no anti-explosion structures on the machinery, so users are prohibited to separate inflammable and explosive materials if there are no extra requirements. Users have to take on the reLDonsibilities if they separate the inflammable and explosive materials with the assistance of anti-explosion electrical motors. In such a case, users are suggested to follow the steps as below:

1.Ventilation in the field should be strengthened to dilute the density of the inflammable and explosive gas.

2.The antistatic triangle belt should be used in transmission.

3.Metal shovels are prohibited to use in discharging.

4.Frequent checks for LDrasion of fraction wafer between the clutch and bralt apparatus are necessary. If LDrasion between rivets and metal is found, the fraction wafer should be replaced promptly.
