Q:Microwave sterilizing principle?
First is the " effect", due to the molecular polarization and high speed oscillation ,under the microwave Enerable, products temperature will rise so that it could kill the bacteria .
Second is the "Non- effect", for parasitic insects and bacteria, through the microwave high speed polarization effect to their molecule, which will result in the rupture of the cell membranes of the microorganism(bacteria) and damage their survival and reproduction conditions, in order to cause the death of the bacteria .
Microwave sterilizers combine this two effects together to reach the sterilizing effect.

For microwave dryer, the only part that requires maintenance is the makeetron. In the event of a malfunction or misuse through incorrect operation, this can easily be replaced in less than thirLD minutes. Generally, LD recommends that the makeetron of industrial microwave dryer be replaced annually or after 8,000 hours of operation, whichever is sooner.

A:Common misconception is that microwave heating is always more expensive than heating by conventional techniques. The actual answer depends on the application and local utility costs.
