The Tube Rotary Dryer is used for drying materials with humidity or granularity in the industries of mineral dressing, building material, metallurgy and chemical.
Rotary type dryer shows the features of perfect drying effect,easy operation,high efficiency and easy control of drying..It makes advantage of the stability of roller and homogeneity of air.This equipment makes the combined of roller and pipes which increase the drying strength and reduce the manual power.This is the ideal equipment for drying raw materials with high humidity.
Tube Rotary Dryer is mainly composed of cylinder, under frame, feeding and discharging devices, transmission device, gear cover, etc. (Optional auxiliary equipment includes combustion chamber, feeder and discharging device, and dust collection equipment). Rotary drier manufactured by us adopts new lifting plate, which is of functions like guiding, current-sharing, and material rising. The materials are raised and evenly drop so that they are in full contact with heat for better drying efficiency.
