Brief Introduction of wood sawdust dryer
Wood sawdust dryer is designed for sawdust, chips, veneer drying design and manufacture. High drying output, remarkable energy saving, low maintenance and so on. Main works: wood chips into sawdust dryer inside the injection tube and the Rotary cylinder together, material in the barrel of boiling hot-blast full contact with the material to complete drying. Sawdust drying machine is wood pellets and other biomass pellet production process of mainstream devices, widely used at home and abroad in recent years.
Structure of wood sawdust dryer
Rotary dryers consist of a horizontally inclined rotating cylinder. Material is fed at one end and discharged at the other end. In direct-type rotary dryers, hot gases move through the cylinder in direct contact with the material, either with or against the direction of its flow. The cylinder is equipped with flights, which lift the material and shower it down through the hot gas stream.
