Product Introduction of Re-dispersible powder
Re-dispersible polymer powder, produced by spray-drying special water-based emulsion, mostly based on vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAC/E), then obtained a free flowing organic polymer powder. It can re-disperse in water, and form a film after water evaporation by coalescence of individual polymer particles. The film acts as an organic binder, to glue together different substrates, reinforce mortar structure and provide excellent adhesion at cement or gypsum based dry mixed mortar substrate interface.

Product Properties
1. Improve the bending strength and breaking strength of mortar The polymer film formed by re-dispersible powder has good flexibility. It films in the clearance and surface of cement mortar granule, to form a flexible connection, thus make the brittle hard cement mortar get flexible. The mortar added in re-dispersible powder is several times higher than the ordinary mortar on the stretch fracture resistance.
2. Improve the bonding strength and cohesion of mortar After the re-dispersible powder filmed as an organic binder, it can form tensile strength and bonding strength in the diffrerent base materials. In the mortar and organic material (EPS squeezed plastic cystosepiment) and base materials of smooth surface, it plays a very important role on the adhesive strength. The phragmoid re-dispersible powder as reinforced material distribute in the whole system of mortar, to increase the cohesion of mortar.
3. Improve the impact resistance, durability, abrasion resistance of the mortar The powder particles filled the cavity of the mortar, increase the compactness of mortar and improve the wear resistance, to make the mortar slack under the action of external force without being damaged. Polymer film can enduringly exist in the mortar system.
4. Improve the weatherability, freezing-thawing resistance, to prevent the cracking of mortar The re-dispersible powder belongs to thermoplastic resin, is of good flexibility, able to make the mortar deal with the change of external cold and hot environment, effectively prevent the mortar cracking for the change of temperature difference.
5. Improve the hydrophobicity of mortar to reduce the water absorption The re-dispersible powder films in the clearance and surface of mortar granule, the polymer film meet water will not secondary disperse, prevent the invasion of moisture, improve the anti-permeability. Special re-dispersible powder with water effects, the hydrophobic effect is better.
6. Improve construction workability of mortar There is lubricating effect in the polymer powder particles, to make the slurry component flow separately, meanwhile the powder have inductive effect on air, provide the compressibility to improve the construction workability of mortar.
Main Uses and Applications
1.External thermal insulation system Adhesive mortar: Ensure the mortar bond the wall with the EPS board, improve the bonding strength. Surface mortar: Ensure the mechanical strength, crack resistance and durability, impact resistance of the thermal insulation system.
2. Ceramic tile adhesive and joint mixture Ceramic tile adhesive: Provide the high-strength bonding for mortar, offer enough flexibility to deal with the different coefficient of thermal expansion of basement and ceramic tile Joint mixture: Make the mortar of good anti-permeability, prevent the intrusion of water, meanwhile have the good adhesiveness and low shrinkage rate, flexibility with ceramic tile edge.
3. Ceramic tile renovation and plaster putty Improve the adhesion and bonding strength of putty on the special base material (such as ceramic tile, mosaic, plywood and other smooth surface), ensure the putty have good flexibility to deal with the expansion coefficient of strain base material.
4. Internal and external wall putty Improve the bonding strength of putty, ensure the putty have certain flexibility to buffer the effect of different flexible stress produced by different base. Ensure the putty have good aging resistance and anti-permeability, moisture resistance.
5. self-leveling floor mortar Ensure the matching and bending resistance and crack resistance of elasticity modulus of mortar. Improve the wear resistance and bonding strength and cohesion of mortar.
6. Interface treating mortar Improve the surface strength of the base material, ensure the coagulability of moatar.
7. Cement-based waterproof mortar Ensure the waterproofness of mortar coating, meanwhile with the interarea have the good cohesion, improve the compressive strength and breaking strength of mortar.
8. Repair mortar, decorative mortar Ensure the mortar phase match with base material, reduce the elasticity modulus of mortar; Ensure that mortar have enough hydrophobicity, permeability and cohesiion.
9. Masonry plaster mortar Improve the water retention, reduce the water loss of porous substrate. Improve the construction simplicity, improve the work efficiency.

About storage and transportation
Stored in a dry and cool place. High humility and temperature will increase the risk of cracking. Do not stack pallets on top of each other to avoid compaction. It is recommended to use the product within six months of purchase.
