STATF-170086 X high temperature laboratory vacuum tube furnace is a precision vacuum tubular furnace using quality ceramic STA Super 180086 MoSi2 heating elements as heating elements. It is widely used for materials or chemical lab to sinter all types of new materials samples under vacuum or other gases condition. It is controlled by high precision SCR ( Silicon Controlled Rectifier) digital controller with accuracy 1.C and 30 segments programmable up to 170086 .C.

Warranty:Our products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Within this period, Across International will, at its sole options, replace any components that fail in normal use. Such replacement will be made at no charge to the customer for parts, provided that the customer shall be responsible for any transportation cost. This warranty does not cover consumables and failures due to abuse, misuse, accident or unauthorized alteration or repairs.
Replacement will be shipped to you after photo or other evidence are provided and investigated.

Application Notes:

1.For preserving the longevity of the furnace components, we recommend the heating rate not to exceed 10 °C /min.

2.Cooling rate shall also not exceed 10 °C /min.

3.This furnace lacks vacuum sealing, toxic or explosive gases are not recommended for use with this furnace without necessary safety controls and supervision.

4.Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use. This is a normal occurrence and the cracks may be repaired with alumina coating.
