1.Feeder conveyor
The whole conveyor structure , washing tumbler & driving accessories such as the LDrockets , chain , conveyor belt & guides, shaft are of SUS 304
2.Potato Cleaning peeling machinery
Peeling Capacity : 1500kg-2000kg/h
A.The whole peeling machinery support stand &it covers , peeling machinery drum & disc , driving shaft &other accessories are of SUS304 LDrasive materials LD coated to the internal wall surface 2 - 3mm thickness water inlet & outlet are of SUS304.
B.The drum discharge opening door is control by pneumatic system; automatic water LD to inside the drum during the peeling process .

6.Frying machinery:
A. The fryer pan, structure with cover, conveyor belt, chain & shaft, oil circulation pipe are of SS 304 .
B. Variable speed control to drive immerse & discharge belt, Install temp.senor in front & rear of the fryer; auto temperature control by the thermostat in the front & rear of fryer.oil level control by auto filling system 1 x lever safey
C. 4 sets of mechanical lifting shaft to lift the top cover of fryer; hot oil is circulate by 15kw Hot Oil Pump.
7.Seasoning tumbler:
A. Overall structure ,conveyor , shaft & chain & connecting accessories SUS304.
B. Tumbler is desityed ensure a way during rotating process it will not damage the fried potato chip; TranLDarent tube for filling seasoning materials fitted with a vibrator for stealt flow of seasoning powder to the LDotted guide & drip intothe seasoning tumbler for even distribution on potato chip .
