6.Frying machinery:

A. The fryer pan, structure with cover, conveyor belt, chain & shaft, oil circulation pipe are of SS 304 .

B. Variable speed control to drive immerse & discharge belt, Install temp.senor in front & rear of the fryer; auto temperature control by the thermostat in the front & rear of fryer.oil level control by auto filling system 1 x lever safey

C. 4 sets of mechanical lifting shaft to lift the top cover of fryer; hot oil is circulate by 15kw Hot Oil Pump.

A. Overall structure ,conveyor , shaft & chain & connecting accessories SUS304.

Tumbler is desityed ensure a way during rotating process it will not damage the fried potato chip; TranLDarent tube for filling seasoning materials fitted with a vibrator for stealt flow of seasoning powder to the LDotted guide & drip intothe seasoning tumbler for even distribution on potato chip .
