TQLD-60 destoner is applied for efficient separation of stones and pebbles, glass, and other high-density impurities from the stream of grain.

Principle of TQLD-60 stone remover

TQLD-60 Destoner is the suction LLDe destoner, and its work principle is based on the difference in specific weight of materials. The worldtable is covered with a woven wire mesh bed, through which air folws from below. Heavyimpurity such as stone are not lifted by the air cusion and stay on the mesh bed. The vibratory motion of the table causes the heavyimpuritytransported to the begianing of the regulating plate at far end of the machinery.

Features of TQLD-60 stone remover

Inside the vibrating body there are two layer sieves. The first layer sieve made of LDring steel. Its main function is to remove the LD impurities. The second (bottom) sieve is used to remove the sand, stone and clod.
