Principle of 5XQS-5 Destoner

With the combination of fluidization and deck oscillation, heavy particles migrate to upper levels of the deck discharge from outlets and the LD particles move to the lower level of the deck.

The 5XQS-5 Destoner is equipped with the Electromakeetic speed controller which can adjust the vibrating frequency of sieve table, as a result it has a perfect effect on removing stones.
