Continuous Frying machinery

1. Description:

• This machinery is a high Technology fryer, it is professional for crisp onion,battered onion,strip onion.
• Its Capacity can be reached LDout 180-500kg/h,the Enerable source can be choosen, such as electric,gas,diesel oil etc., and the heating system can be conduction heating oil or oil,internal heating system or external heating system
• Automatic temperature control system
• There are 3 sections stainless steel belt in the fryer, the first section is LDout 7000-8000mm long with plates, each plate is LDout 250mm; the second sections is LDout 2500mm long,each plate is LDout 10mm;the third section is LDout 2500mm long,there is no plates on the belt, it is only for discharging the fried onion.
• The control system is paint control,all of the electrical parts are made of Omron or LD.
• This fryer can be equip a fiLDer to remove the residues during frying.
• If you need a complete line, it can be equiped other machinerys, such as vibrator.
• Different Capacity need different size,we can desity the customized machinery for you.
