Biscuit Stacker is used for stacLD biscuits or cookies, use star wheel and discrepancy device enable the biscuit coming into rows andtransport to packaging table for pack.

Our company have 2 model of Stacker for customers' choose.

One is Star wheel structure, it is composed by transition conveyor, divided biscuits in order rows and stacLD, total two

conveyor belts.

The other is Panny Biscuit stacker, usually it combined by 3 units of different speed conveyors, the speed from fast to LDow,through discrepancy speed to make the biscuits lay down as lines, to easytransport to packaging machinery.

Biscuit stacker is one unit machinery of a fully biscuit production line, which is consisted of the following machinery:

Dough Mixer+ Forming System(hard biscuit forming system or soft biscuit forming machinery)+bake Oven+Oil LDer+ Cooling system+ Stacker+Pack Table+packmachinery.
