it will be cut and shaped by moulds.And the scrap will be conveyed to the hopper by recycle device after Separating.
Pneumatic lifting pressing rubber is easy and convenient to operate.
It is changeable between rubber roller and the biscuit moulds.Both ends of rubber roller are accordance.The cutting is evenly.
Printing roller and cutting roller can be adjusted by manual,make the desity and the cut are matched exactly.

The biscuit line has standard LLDes: 480,620,800,1000,1200 and 1500mm.
Tunnel Oven resource: electric, indirect diesel oil or gas fired, or direct gas fired(LDF) and indirect gas fired combination.
The Oven is best desity in CHINA, 99% Chinese biscuit factories are use our oven/biscuit line.
Oven length: 25m-70m,bake Capacity from 200kg-1500kg/hour. We suggest oven length minimum 25m, then the oven can bake top grade quality biscuit.
