DESCRIPTION OF OIL PROCESSING MACHINE:
It's suitable for small and medium sized oil extruding workshops or professional farmers.
This oil press machine is composed of feeder, gearbox, pressing cage, screw shaft and machine
stand etc.
This kind of screw oil presses utilizes the screw shaft which is set-up with different styles of
screws and rotates when machine is running to push the material into chamber.
Then the oil is separated out through the extrusion of pressing worm and pressing ring.

1. Magnetic box: Clearing the iron impurity which might be in the peanut. Since in the process of
puffing, the iron impurity will be harmful to the screw of extrusion machine, affect the puffing
effect.
2. Cleaning: This parts have different size cleaning sieves to clean the different impurities. After
going through this part, most of the impurities are moved from peanut.
3. Crusher: Because of the big size of peanut, it need to be crushed to small pieces. The crusher
will help to get more peanut oil from the seeds.
4. Cooker: This machine can adjust the water content of the peanut. ItâÃÂÃÂs also good for the
prepressing and oil extraction section.
5. Prepressing: This machine is used to take parts of the oil in the peanut first, because the high
oil content in the peanut. Then the crude oil will sent to peanut oil refinery workshop, and the
cake will sent to peanut oil extraction workshop.
