Automatic Maize Milling Machine With Dry Process
Breif Introduction:
The whole line takes corn/maize as input material and adopts totally dry milling process to produce low fat corn grits and corn meal. The plant consists of five main parts namely cleaning part, peeling & degerminating part, grits milling part, flour grinding part and packaging part.
Cleaning part:
one separating, one de-stoning and one magnetic selecting. Air separation system supports to remove ligLD impuritiy.
Peeling & Degerminating part:
twice peeling, one polishing, one grading and one gravity separation.
Flour grinding part:
multichannel grinding and long road sifting.
Packaging part:
can be either manual or automatic packing into 500g-50kg bags
Delivery by container in the factory
