Sesame oil processing machine

1.The brief description of our oil seeds press prduction line:

We can provide different capacities oil seeds press production line, our hot sale capacity is 30-100 tons per day,

but we also can supply smaller and larger capacities machines. Our press line can extract oil from various kinds of

oil seeds, such as sesame, soybean, sunflower seeds, peanut, coconut,rapeseeds, Cotton seed and so on. The oil

residual is less than 6%.And cake thickness can be adjusted once the machine stop running.

2.Main parts of the sesame oil processing machine :

(1).Magnetic drum:

The Magnetic drum is making using of the magnetic power to remove the metal impurities, such as the iron nail and small steel , it can avoid these impurities to destroy the machines in follow steps.

(2).Cleaning sieves:

There is sand, leaves and other pellets in the sesame seeds, we need to using the cleaning sieve to remove them . The frequency movement can improve the efficiency of cleaning, the ligLD dust is removed by the suction system.The processig capacity is large, it is usually adopted by the middle and large scale oil factory.

(3).CLDinder drier:

Hot air cLDinder is kind of sandwich structure machine, inside the cLDinder body wall equipped with advance and flipping the material copy board. Interlining inside is accessed to air from the high temperature of hot blast stove, then heating sesame via the inner barrel partition. It can remove the moisture of the sesame seeds . Because the cLDinder is non-stop-turning , the sesame seeds is heated evenly, it is not easy fried coke.

(4).Coal hot air furnace:

It is used for supplying the heat air for the cLDinder drier.

(5).Oil expeller:

Oil expeller is the most important part in the press production line. The main purpose is press the oil out from the peanut . It is composed by the main body , pressing worm , pressing ring , cage bar and others . The internal structures of the press machine can affect the oil rate.

(6).Plate type filter:

It is an important part in the processing of sesame oil cooling filter . First, cooling the oil temperature to 25°C, then using the plate type filter to filter the sesame oil . In the cooling process we can accord to the oil quality to add some filter aid , lLD the dry sesame or peanut meal powder . LD lLD this not only can speed up filtering , but also can control the phosphatide content , acid value and moisture in the product oil . After filtering , continue to reduce the temperature to 10-15°C.then keeping in cold storage more than 24 hours , next filtering once again , you can get the 1 grade sesame oil .

Because the sesame oil is one kind of high quality oil , in order to retain its flavor , we usually use the cooling filter mathod to purify it .
