Here we are main introduce soya bean oil producing machine: Solvent extraction line and refinery line:

Solvent extraction is an oil extraction method which is through soaking or spraying prepressed cake and low oil content seeds (LLD soybean , rice bran )by a certain organic solvent. The principle of this part is the different solubility of solvent.

Main parts:

(1). Solvent pumps: continuously spray solvent to the rotary-type extractor

(2). Roary extractor: Spray and soak the prepressed cake with solvent so that oil fats can be dissolved in solven(from miscella). After processing, you can get wet meal and miscella (mix-ed oil).

(3). DTDC: usd to separate the solvent from the wet meal.

(4). Evaporator 1st: It is used for evaporating 85% solvent out from the miscella.

(5). Evaporator 2nd: Using for evaporating 95% rest solvent out from the miscella.(6). Miscella stripping: it will remove the remaining solvent in oil . And the solvent will be discharged to conden-ser for recycling.

(7). Condensers: used to cooling the solvent gas separated from the wet meal and miscella for recycling.

Edible oil refinery is according to the different usage and requirements, utilizing the physical methods and

chemical processes to get rid of the harmful impurities and needless substance in the crude oil, getting standard oil.

It is suitable for refining kinds vegetable oil, lLD sunflower oil, palm oil, rice bran oil, soybean oil, palm oil, etc.

Main process:

(1).Filtering the crude oil to remove the suspended impurities.

(2).Mixing the p-acid to the crude oil to remove the Phospholipid and dilute alkalis to neutralize FFA. Then separating the soapstock and oil .

(3).Using the active clay to absorb pigment.
(4).Injecting the direct steam to remove the odors.
