Before taking oils and fats out of soybeans by pressing or extracting, the mill needs to prepare it by cleaning, crushing, softening, flaking and cooking. Such preparation is called soybean pre-treatment. we can design special pre-treatment machines for you according to your specific condition.
Cleaning: using different size cleaning sieves and magnetic destoner to clean the different
impurities. After going through this part, most of the impurities are moved from soybeans.
Crushing: materials are divided into small pieces.
Softening: by adjusting moisture and temperature, we make the small pieces soft.
Flaking: then materials are made into thin flakes which are easy to get more oil.
Cooking: raw flakes are cooked to make the oils and fats in cells easier to flow out.
