Pretreatment: Workshop mainly through cleaning, flaking and steam cooking, etc. Reform the shape of oil, the greatest degree to improve the oil quality.In order to quickly and efficiently make oil by pressing or solvent extracting.Ensure that subsequent sections smoothly.
Solvent extraction: Oil extracting method is to immerse the oil seed flake, pre-pressing cake or puffed material embryo into the selected solvent,oil dissolved in solvent form into mixed oil and then separate the mixed oil from solid mill.Evaporate the solvent and separate from oil based on evaporation and stripping of the mixed oil. Thus we get the crude oil. Solid meal after extracting contains a certain amount of solvent. Get the product meal after desolventizing.The solvent vapor from wet meal desolventizing, mixed oil evaporation and stripping and out of other equipments require recovery pass through condensation, paraffin oil absorption.The recovered solvent recycling.
