Working principle:
Leaching system is an oil extraction through soaking or spraying prepressed cake by a certain organic solvent. The principle of this part is the different solubility.

1.Degumming:

2.Deacidification:
Removing the FFA by add caustic soda (for taking neutrallzation reaction).
3.Bleaching:
Remove the pigment by adding bleaching earth ,and the remaining bleaching earth will be filtrated by leaf filter.
4.Deodorization: Remove some smell of the materials, such as, residual solvent,low molecular aldehyde, ketone, acid,soap flavor, clay taste, etc.
