This machine is a fully automatic paper corn production line for textile industry. It is controlled by PLC, consists of paper cone winding unit, drying oven, and paper cone finishing unit. The whole paper cone production process is as follows.
Our production line mainly divide into 4 parts:
1. Printing, hem polish part
Roller raw paper, holding rack, use air pressure handle control, the holding rack up and down, lift raw material, the end hand wheel of rotation shaft controls paper left/right position.
Two printing machines: Internal printing machine and external printing machine. Internal printing machine is mainly print number and pattern inside the cone. External printing machine is mainly print color and pattern on top/bottom of cone.
Hem polish machine separate into internal hem polish machine and external hem polish machine.
The function of internal hem polish machine is to grind paper 1/3 thin,it helps cone spindle able to attach paper.The function of external hem polish is to grind paper thin,it helps cone’s outside easier to make.
2. Cutting & winding part
Cutting through 8 slices blade form into scissors edge, cut the paper as paper sample required.
Winding part is through 9 pieces gear,which have mechanism and pneumatic components interworking to finish winding process and produce semi- product.
3. Dryer
It has input cone part, drying room and output cone part, Adjust time through cam to prepare. Check the chain running operation regularly.
4. After-finish part
After the product of paper cone came out from dryer,it will through cone dividing, cut V groove, polish bottom opening, string cone, oiling, imprint, curling, napping, eject cone all in one series movement and finishing out qualified cone at last.
Advantage:
Save paper and cost.
Our equipment produced paper cone can save 21mm paper every paper sample than others( which means can make one more cone every 12 cones , one ton can make about 17000pcs cone, one ton can make more 1400pcs cone than others )

Ⅰ.Delivery time: 30 working days after receiving the whole payment.
Ⅱ.Payment term: 50% as prepayment by T/T, the balance 50% should be effected after seeing the faxed copy of B/L by T/T.
III. Valid time : This quotation is valid for one month.
IV .Quality Guarantee Terms:
Quality guarantee term is for one year . Malfunctions which are caused by machine-self and quality will be responsible for our manufacturer. Other malfunctions which are caused by operation mistakes, man-made problems, etc will be responsible for clients-self.
