Introduction:
This machine by the inlet of the first rotary cutter cut feed section after, again by high speed rotating hammer knife chop segments which once it into a pulp. More fruits and vegetables beater is an ideal machine system for jam, fruit juice, vegetable juice, it is applicable to a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables beating separation. Pulp fruit, such as: orange, grape, kiwifruit, mulberry notes, wax-berry, peach (nuclear), etc., jam, juice, and also can be green vegetables (cut off), tomatoes, peppers, celery (cut off), and other greens pulp, to separate vegetables reinforcement, important equipment for food processing enterprises.
The machine can make fleshy grape juice and grape shin seed separated, meat juice is used for processing the next working procedure, skins and seeds as a waste disposal
Working principle:
The grape on the procedure to enter the head material in the barrel, the main shaft drives the impeller rotating with a high-speed, material being driven impeller extrusion and screen friction, making the grapes meat, juice and peel, seed separation. The meat and juice through a small hole on the screen to enter the two material in the barrel, skins and seeds to push through the shaft end is discharged from the discharging port, two material barrels with the same structure of the head, just two screen meshes smaller diameter, higher spindle speed.
