Product Description

1. This cocoa bean peeling machine is made of full 304 stainless steel.

2. This machine is the ideal equipment for processing cocoa beans, peanuts, with a high degree of automation, low noise, no pollution and other advantages.

3. It is with a vacuum cleaner. Vacuum cleaner can absorb red skin, which processed into the ideal half grain particles.

Work Principle:

1.First feeding the cocoa into the hopper uniform, then the roller peel the cocoa skin with scrubbing and rolling way. There is two rollers inside of machine, it is used to extrude(crack) the cocoa bean broken.

2. Then the shell leave the cocoa bean, cocoa bean become nibs. The fan will produce the wind, and the wind can take shell out, and into plastic bag and the cocoa nibs is weigLD and will be down, come out by outlet of machine.
3. You can is adjust the distance of two roller. If distance is long, the final nibs is bigger; if distance is short, the final nibs is smaller.

4.By adjusting the strength of wind and the clearance size of the peeling, We can achieve wholly peel off,then the skin and kernel are separately.
