Structure:

The cocoa bean peeling machine consists of roller, fan and the proportion of sorting parts. It has the features of simple and conpact structure, easy to operate, stable performance,safe and reliable.

Working principle:

1.First feeding the cocoa into the hopper uniform, then the roller peel the cocoa skin with scrubbing and rolling way.

2.Then the fan with the help of wind takes out of the cocoa skin into the cyclone.

3.The cocoa beans after peeling comes out from the discharge hole.

4.By adjusting the strength of wind and the clearance size of the peeling, We can achieve wholly peel off,then the skin and kernel are separately.
