Design methods of oil pretreatment differ from oil seeds, oil technology, quality index, comprehensive utilization of oil and the investment amount, etc. According to oil production technology and requirements on product quality, extraction technology can be classified into Pressing, Pre-Pressing, Hot-Pressing and Cold-Pressing.

Preatment Process Of groundnut oil making machine:

1. Cleaning
Using the de-stoner, vibrate sieve and other cleaning equipment to clean the stone,dust and other impurity,in order to get the high quality cake and oil and reduce the wastage of the machine.

2.Softening
Using the softener to adjust the material’s temperature and moisture,making the temperature reach 70-75 centigrade,in order to get oil easily.

3. Flaking
Using the flaking mill to make the material into flake,increasing the surface area of exit oil.The thickness should be 0.3-0.35mm, it maybe broken easily if it is too thin.

4.Cooking
Evaporating the water, to control the moisture at 2%-5% or 3%-5%.

5.Pressing
Though the pressing machine make the oil separate from the cake.

Functions of main parts:
Extracting:To extract the oil in the cake by solvent, the general solvent is 6# extraction solvent oil or commercial hexane.

Desolventising:To remove and recover the solvent in the meal; Dry and cool down the meal at the same time.

Evaporating and stripping:Heating the the miscella by indirect steam, so that can vaporize the solvent and concentrate the miscella.

Solvent recycling: This process is to recover the solvent, decrease solvent comsuption, keep safety prodution and improve product quality.

How to operation of sunflower oil mill processing project machine：

When sunflower oil processing machine operating prepared material enters extruding chamber from the hopper and then moves forwards by the rotating pressing screw and that is pressed. Therefore, relative movement among particle creats heat which is necessary during manufacturing because of helping protein change property, damage colloid, increase plasticity, decrease oil's elastic resulting hing oil productivity.
