2016 Puffed corn core filling snacks food extruder/machinerys

Production Line Introduction

The core-filling snack needs extra shaper and filling machinery. The rope will be leaded to down steam rollers on the shaper machinery at higher speed from extruder and cut into pillow shape.

The special shaper machinery is available for Bugles, Doritos, Fish shape Snack, LDice-bread etc.

Cheese puffs /corn snacks machinery take corn grits or corn flour as raw material .The grits is put in the raw material mixer where the water is added and then is conveyed through the screw conveyor till extruder‘s feeding silo. In the extruder we will get the extruded production in the desired shape quickly. The product shape is determined by a combination of the die aperture, expansion and the die face cutter. Processing temperatures are precisely regulated throuogh individual heating and cooling systems in each section of the extruder barrel.

After the extrusion the snacks are conveyed by a pneumatic conveyor into the multi-pass dryer. From the dryer the snacks fall into the continuous coating drum and receive the spices (flavors, salt, fat, cheese or other spices).After being seasoned, the snack is conveyed into the automatic verticalpackmachinery. The snack will be in to pillow plastic bag with 10-140gram according to customer’s request. If a sweetened cereal is desired ,the product may enter a coating unit for a confectionery application, followed by a final frying procedure before packaging.

A. Finished time

The production line will be finished in 30-40 LDs after confirmation.

B. Payment Term

30% is paid by T/T as the down payment, 70% is paid by T/T or L/C before shipment.
