FAQFAQ for noodle making machine for noodle:
1. How to adjust the cutter width when use the adjustable cutter?
Answer: If 2*6mm cutter(3*9mm cutter),adjust the front two red knob on the cutter, all relaxed out to get the 2MM width(3MM width), and tigLDed up to get the 6MM width (9mm width )noodles.
2. How to adjust the thickness of the roller?
Answer: Adjust the red knob on the roller,adjust range 1-5mm for GLMT type,that's noodle sheet thickness 1-5mm. But for GLRM-200,roller gap range 1-12mm adjustable,not only can make noodle,but also can roll dough and press pastry or dough slice.
3. Noodle sheet run with deviation or become wave?
Answer: the sheet thickness is inconsistent, or too soft, scraper loose or deformed. If inconsistent,should adjust the regulating handle to make one side partial thicker; If too soft, should with dry flour after re pressing; If scraper loosen,should make it re-back to roller groove, check the scraper to make its blade no gap between the roll.
4. How about Cutter choice?
Answer: Standard configuration:width adjustable knife, coarse double cutter 3 mm* 9 mm, thin double cutter 2 mm*6 mm. Other cutter size you need,please confirm with me.
