PretreatmentââPre-Pressing ââSolvent Extraction
Pretreatment:The technology of pretreatment and pre - pressing which mainly include the cleaning , extrusion , flaking , de-hulling and pre-pressing and so on . Considering the different characteristic of oil seeds and the customer requirements , we can provide you the special design , in order to adjust the oilseeds to the optimum state , which will improve the oi yleld and oi and cake quality,can provide the best raw materials for the next section.
The process features of Pre-press:
1 . different combinations of process can process various oil plants in one workshop.
2 . the new technology of shelling and low - temperature treatment can ensure high protein and least denaturation.
3 . adopt advanced and reliable sheling technology to meet higher requirements for protein content in meal .
4 . extrusion treatment is used for raw materias with hard extraction , large sized powder , and large capacity , which can reduce residual oil and solvent consumption , and increase the capacity by 5 0 - 8 0 %.
Solvent Extraction :The extraction o technoogy is based on solvent extraction principle . oil extraction method has the advantage of cake& meal in less residual oil,hign yield efciency and low processing cost , high economic benefit , and high quality of cake, good raise effect . according to different materials and tonnage of extractor can be divided into rotocel extractor,loop type extractor, chain extractor.
Soybean processing plant extraction process introduction:
1. Solvent pumps: continuously spray solvent to the rotary-type extractor
2. Roary extractor: Spray and soak the pre-pressed cake with solvent so that oil fats can be diss-olved in solvent(form miscella). After processing, you can get wet meal and miscella (mixed oil).
3. DTDC: usd to separate the solvent from the wet meal.
4. Miscella tank 1st: pump the miscella (oil with solvent) in to the miscella 1st , then add saline
water to it. The phospholipid in the miscella will react with the saline water, at last the reactant precipitate, reaching the goal of purifying.
5. Miscella tank 2nd: the purified miscella will be pumped into it.
6. Miscella stripping: it will remove the remaining solvent in miscella. And the solvent will be discharged to condenser for recycling.
7. Condensers: to cooling the solvent gas separated from the wet meal and miscella for recycling.
